This is the “sparging” step in our prototype testing system (home brewing system), where we rinse the sugars and flavors from the remaining mash with hot water to collect into the kettle for boiling

The place looks incredible! Wonderful to watch it transform and some people with vision to safe old historic real estate. You guys are all an asset to the community.

As an old home brewer who with a little help from my friends, got started in 1997 and won many 1st place awards during the month meetings of our brew club, Libation Association of Northern Maryland, I just want to say, you folks have a great tap house, fantastic employees, and delicious libations. It’s a joy each time I walk in your door.
