WE ARE SUSTAINABLE
We are committed to the principle that the fish in the ocean are a shared resource. We are simply catching it for those who enjoy eating it but can’t catch it themselves.
WHAT WE BELIEVE

SUSTAINABLE FISHING
We work both on the water and off to ensure that the populations of fish we rely on, and the habitat they rely on, are managed so there will be plenty of fish for generations.
FRESH FISH
Our CSF customers can pick up their fish fresh at the dock or at our Park Circle store. We also personally deliver our catch to our partner restaurants, it is literally boat-to-plate in just a few miles.
HOW WE FISH
All fish are caught on a rod and reel system, no nets! Fish are immediately reeled in and any fish that can’t be kept due to regulations are carefully released alive.
What we sell

We simply sell what we can catch, that is the beauty of it. We never over fish a particular species. You’ll see triggerfish, grouper, wreck fish, vermillion, king mackerel, sea bass, amberjack, and more.
THE DOCK
Unless you catch it yourself, you simply can’t find fresher fish that literally travels a few feet our boat to our dockside pickup at Shem Creek. We sell our fish at The Geechie Dock in Mt. Pleasant. Come see us Tuesday through Sunday from 12 to 6 pm.
