Wild Ale

Our second wild fermentation beer! This beer was created from blending two recipes, we aged in French Oak barrels for almost two whole years, feeding the Brettanomyces yeast culture with blueberries, blackberries, cherries & chardonnay grapes. Tart, fruity and complex, with earthy notes from both the malt and yeast strains used; refermented in the bottle for carbonation.
